As a fast-growing brand with expanding FMCG operations, we are strengthening our corporate, institutional, and modern trade sales channels. To support this growth, we are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive – FMCG who can drive key account development, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable volume and value growth.
How You’ll Drive Growth
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding HF Food Service’s FMCG footprint across corporate, institutional, and modern trade channels. You will take ownership of key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies that contribute directly to revenue growth and market penetration.
Your ability to build long-term relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage accounts will directly impact sales performance and brand visibility.
How You’ll Drive Impact
- Develop and manage corporate, institutional, and modern trade accounts (pharmaceuticals, offices, hospitals, distributors, and retail chains)
- Identify new FMCG sales opportunities and onboard high-value corporate clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of volume, value, and distribution
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, commercial terms, and contracts with corporate buyers
- Coordinate product listings, launches, and promotional activities with key accounts
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution across channels
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams
- Manage credit control, collections, and outstanding payments
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support sales growth
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 2–5 years of proven experience in FMCG Corporate, Institutional, or Modern Trade sales
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and trade operations
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and close high-volume deals
- Hands-on experience in channel sales strategy (Modern Trade / Institutional / HoReCa)
- Excellent negotiation, margin management, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience with sales targets, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM / sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of FMCG trade marketing, promotions, and visibility execution
- Strong market intelligence and competitor analysis capability
- Exposure to working with distributors and large retail chains
- Result-driven, proactive mindset with high ownership and accountability for performance
