𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Deadline: Urgent (Before 20/07/25)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

📞 Maintain regular contact with customers through calls and messages.

💬 Handle inquiries, providing timely solutions and alternatives.

🤝 Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.

📝 Document interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.

🔄 Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.

🚨 Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

🗂 Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

💡 Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

🎓 HSC/Hon’s (Running).

🗣 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

🔍 Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

⚡ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

📚 Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
