📞 Maintain regular contact with customers through calls, message.
💬 Handle inquiries, providing timely solutions and alternatives.

📝 Document interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
🔄 Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
🚨 Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels.
