Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, HR & Admin to support daily HR operations and administrative activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, discipline, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth office management.

How You’ll Drive Impact

HR Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation
  • Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll data preparation
  • Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory management
  • Handle office maintenance and utility management
  • Manage office asset tracking, issuance, and record keeping
  • Ensure proper asset register maintenance and monitoring of office equipment
  • Coordinate logistics, travel, and meeting arrangements
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Support documentation, filing, and record keeping

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin role (freshers with strong potential may apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
