Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This role will support daily HR operations and assist in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and onboarding trackers.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, candidate calling, and interview scheduling.
• Assist in training coordination, attendance tracking, and session arrangements.
• Assist in onboarding process including document collection, verification, and employee file setup.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management.

Requirements

• BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized/reputed university
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Organized and proactive mindset
• Professionalism in handling sensitive information

• Internship Allowance: 5,000 – 8,000 (Monthly)
