We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Brand & Marketing, who can lead the next phase of our brand journey.
How You’ll Drive Growth
As our Deputy Manager, Brand & Marketing, you will be the strategic driver behind how HF Food Service is represented in the market. You will take ownership of the brand voice, image, and messaging, and ensure that every campaign, promotion, and communication builds our brand value.
You will also lead efforts to craft marketing initiatives that not only increase brand awareness but also directly contribute to business growth.
How You’ll Drive Impact
- Lead all brand strategy and marketing initiatives for HF Food Service.
- Define how products and offers will be represented across social media and marketing channels.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery across digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online store, social media, ads, packaging, internal comms).
- Manage marketing calendars, seasonal promotions, and product launch campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales & Management to align brand messaging with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.
- Identify new opportunities to elevate brand value in the market.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships (if applicable).
- Stay current on marketing trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
What Makes You a Fit
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, E-commerce, or Consumer Products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in running successful brand campaigns.
- Experience in planning and running brand campaigns across multiple channels (social, TVC, print, digital).
- Experience with campaign planning, creative briefing, and execution.
- Experience managing creative content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Knowledge of working with agencies for TVC production, print ads and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience in building, evolving, and managing a brand’s voice, identity, and market positioning.
- Ability to create long-term brand vision and translate that into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

Compensation: Negotiable
Nature of Employment: Onsite & Full Time
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Workstation: Kazipara, Mirpur, Dhaka
