As a fast-growing brand with expanding FMCG operations, we are strengthening our end-to-end supply chain capabilities. To support this growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can lead procurement, inventory, production coordination, and logistics to ensure efficient and timely operations.

Your Role in Growth

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the entire supply chain, from sourcing to final delivery. You will ensure seamless coordination between procurement, warehouse, production, and distribution functions.

Your ability to plan, analyze, and execute supply chain strategies will directly impact cost efficiency, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Drive Impact

• Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies based on demand forecasting.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper stock control (Reorder Level, FIFO, Stock Turnover).
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Optimize delivery planning, routing, and order flow.
• Manage suppliers and logistics partners, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and analyze supply chain reports (cost, lead time, wastage, fulfillment).
• Monitor supply chain performance using ERP / Excel tools.
• Identify operational risks and implement preventive solutions.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Explore innovative packaging, sourcing, and operational improvements aligned with company objectives.
• Assist in developing and improving supply chain processes and SOPs. 

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (FMCG / Food industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Experience in demand planning and supply chain optimization
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
